Examination of the effect of a single dose of Largactil the people with the scratch-test of Meili and the spider when Netzbauverhalten.

In a psychopath biologi- cal study of the effect of a single dose of 37.5 mg Largactil per person in the scratch-test has no model after Meili proven so for the measurement of drug-related changes (1) that the method and the results will be briefly described :

The subject (Vp) is by the experimenter (VI) presented a sheet of paper, 17 lines are written, each with 31 clips on the typewriter; the brackets are provided at the top or bottom or top and bottom with Crosses and open to the right or left. The subject line should cross out of line as quickly as possible all the clips that are open to right, top or wear a tick below. The first line (0) is used to sample the time for processing the following lines 1-13 line by line measured with a stopwatch. In the following 60 seconds of rest, the participant is asked to express their opinion about the accomplished performance. Then the last three lines above can be worked through.

The test is repeated by each subject several times, and the VI can measure, for example, the following criteria for this: 1. Total time per test, 2. Total number of errors, 3rd difference in the time for the 1st and 6th row (= decrease of attention voltage), 4 . the need for the 1st and 2nd line time (maximum == practice before slackening of attention voltage) 5. difference in the time for the 13th row – before the break – and the 14th line – then (fresh impulse).

5 control subjects (Kp) passed the test 5 times each by a distance of half an hour; 9 people were treated after the end of the first Test with Largactil and then received 4 additional testing of Largactilwirkung (Lp).

The total time of 340 sec on average the Kpn showed. a reduction from the first to the last test by an average of 89 seconds, while the Lpn. their performance shortened by an average of only 5 sec; the difference is highly secured with T = 4.5775 at 0.0004 P. The Kpn. made in the 5th Test average of 4.5 errors less than in the first, the Lpn. 9 more contrast; the difference was 0.0027 heavily secured with T = 3.568 at P. The 5 Cps. mastered the 6th line in the final test average of 1 sec faster than the first, while 9 Lpn. 5 sec longer

needed; the difference is highly secured with T = 3.4301 at P 0.004. The first and second line were handled by two groups at 5 times faster (Lpn an average of 8.5 seconds faster.); Comparison of the first and last test results for Lpn. T = 5.6833 with P less than 0.0002. There was no measurable difference between the time reduction from the 13th to the 14th line

for Treated and Untreated.

So it turns out that the Kpn. their performance in scratch-test by repeating improve, while the Lpn. do not. Although shorter at the Lpn. and the initial work rate from time to time (1st and 2nd row), but their attention voltage can be faster after (1st to 6th row), so that the total time remains undiminished. This makes it clear that Largactil not have the ability to practice the test, but the one to perform the test affected. Taking with Meili in that the maintenance of the power levels of permanent new stimuli is dependent so the relaxation of these pulses for the Largactil- effect is characteristic.

8 spiders were given 0.4 mg per animal Largactil, 11 spiders per 0.1 mg, 0.04 mg per 11 other spiders and spider 21 per 0,004 mg per os Largactil about 12 hours before the network construction. The network construction fell thereafter, the dose proportional for 1 to 4 days, while, was observed with an exception not in the proportions modified network. After the experience with the effects of other central nervous offending substances on the network construction (2, 3) an interpretation of the Largactilwirkung on spider in the sense seems possible that the drive for network construction, but not its implementation is reduced.
